Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, requesting an estimate, scheduling an appointment, or booking a home service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or request services through it.

2. Website Use

The website is provided to give information about available home services, allow customers to submit inquiries, request estimates, schedule services, and communicate about service needs. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or availability.

3. Service Agreements

Individual home services may be subject to a separate written estimate, work order, proposal, or service agreement. That document may describe the specific work to be performed, materials, pricing, expected schedule, payment terms, warranties, exclusions, and other project requirements.

If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed service agreement, the applicable service agreement may control with respect to that specific service.

4. Service Requests and Estimates

Submitting a service request through the website does not automatically create a binding service agreement. Requests may need to be reviewed before a service, appointment, or estimate is confirmed.

Estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared and may change if the scope of work, site conditions, materials, labor requirements, or other relevant circumstances change.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the requested service and property. You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the areas where work is scheduled and for informing us of relevant conditions that could affect the work.

You should also remove or secure valuable, fragile, or personal belongings from work areas when reasonably necessary.

6. Property Conditions

Existing property conditions, hidden damage, structural issues, inaccessible areas, outdated installations, code requirements, or other conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work begins may require additional work, materials, time, or cost.

Where practical, we will notify you before performing additional work that materially changes the agreed scope.

7. Pricing and Payment

Prices, deposits, balances, taxes, material charges, and other applicable costs will be communicated through the applicable estimate or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due according to the payment schedule established for the service.

Unpaid or overdue balances may result in delayed scheduling, suspension of work, cancellation of future appointments, or other remedies permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

8. Changes to the Scope of Work

Requests for additional work, substitutions, upgrades, or changes to the original scope may result in additional charges or changes to the schedule. Additional work may require customer approval before it begins.

Changes may also affect previously provided estimates, completion dates, material requirements, and other project conditions.

9. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointment times and estimated completion dates are provided in good faith but may change due to weather, material availability, permitting, property access, emergencies, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes and work with customers to arrange an alternative time when necessary.

10. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers may be required to provide reasonable notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Certain cancellations may be subject to charges for materials already purchased, special-order items, completed work, reserved labor, or other costs identified in the applicable service agreement.

11. Materials and Product Availability

Materials selected for a project may be subject to availability, supplier limitations, discontinued products, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside our control. When necessary, a comparable alternative may be proposed for approval.

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.

12. Workmanship

Services will be performed with reasonable care and skill consistent with the applicable service agreement. Any workmanship guarantee or warranty will be governed by the written terms provided for the specific service.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, third-party work, or conditions outside the agreed scope.

13. Permits and Approvals

Certain home improvement or repair services may require permits, inspections, homeowner approvals, property-owner authorization, or compliance with applicable building requirements. Responsibility for obtaining such approvals will be determined by the applicable service agreement.

14. Customer-Provided Materials

If you provide materials, fixtures, equipment, appliances, or other products for installation, we are not responsible for defects, incompatibility, missing components, manufacturer issues, or delays caused by those items unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Access and Safety

You agree to provide a reasonably safe working environment and disclose known hazards that could affect personnel, equipment, or the performance of the service. Work may be delayed or refused when conditions present an unreasonable safety risk.

16. Pets and Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for securing pets and protecting personal belongings in or near work areas. We may request that pets or other items be moved before work begins when reasonably necessary for safety or access.

17. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve independent suppliers, manufacturers, subcontractors, delivery providers, payment processors, or other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms, warranties, or policies.

Where third parties are involved, their applicable terms may apply to the portion of the service they provide.

18. Photos and Documentation

Photographs, measurements, notes, invoices, service records, and other documentation may be created or retained when reasonably necessary to estimate, perform, document, or support a service.

Customers should not provide photographs containing unnecessary sensitive personal information.

19. Website Content

Information, descriptions, images, service details, pricing examples, and other content displayed on the website are provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

20. Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, layouts, designs, icons, and other materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use website content without appropriate authorization.

21. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the website to submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or misuse website content, or otherwise engage in activity that could damage the website or other users.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a specific service will be limited to the amount paid for that service, except where a different limitation is required by law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

23. Delays and Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility interruptions, transportation problems, supply shortages, government actions, labor disruptions, emergencies, or unexpected property conditions.

24. Ending or Suspending Services

Either party may end or suspend a service agreement when permitted by the applicable agreement or law. Customers remain responsible for payment for work completed, approved materials purchased, non-refundable charges, and other amounts properly due before termination.

25. Disputes

If a dispute arises regarding a service, the parties should first make a reasonable effort to communicate and resolve the matter. Any formal dispute process, jurisdiction, venue, mediation, arbitration, or other requirement will be governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable law.

26. Privacy

Information submitted through the website or in connection with our services is handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy. By using the website or requesting services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

27. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services, website functionality, business practices, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be made available through the website.

28. Severability

If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable estimate, proposal, work order, service agreement, Privacy Policy, and other written terms provided for a specific service, constitute the applicable understanding between the parties regarding the services requested.

30. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted and enforced according to the laws applicable to the service transaction and the jurisdiction in which the applicable service is provided, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
